Delta Gamma
Theta Chi was founded April 10, 1856 at Norwhich University in Northfield Vermont. Created by two military cadets the principles of brotherhood, charity, and personal development were instilled into the organization and are carried across chapters nationwide. The Delta Gamma Chapter was installed January 7, 1950 and experienced a brief suspension period where it was reinstated in 1966.
Theta Chi supports the United Service Organization, USO, a program that supports active duty military and family in tribute of their origins. The Delta Gamma Chapter is fortunate to have local Buckhannon organizations that are apart of USO that can benefit directly from their fundraising and volunteering.
The chapter house is located at 74 College Avenue.
